MasterMind
• Would you like to find the answers you need… in ways that work for you?
• Are you interested in accelerating the pace of change and personal growth?
• Would you be comfortable in being part of a small group of people who truly want you to succeed?
If so, I invite you to read further…
Traditional Masterminds offer a combination of brainstorming, education, peer accountability and support in a group setting to sharpen your business and personal skills. A mastermind group helps you and your mastermind group members achieve success. Members challenge each other to set strong goals, and more importantly, to accomplish them.
Through a mastermind group process, first you create a goal, then design a plan to achieve it. The group helps you with creative ideas and wise decision-making. Then, as you begin to implement your plan, you bring both success stories and problems to the group.
Success stories are applauded and problems are solved through peer brainstorming and collective, creative thinking.
The group requires commitment, confidentiality, and a willingness to both give and receive advice and ideas. Members treat each other with total honesty, respect and compassion, while acting as catalysts for growth. This is the essence and value of mastermind groups.
Each meeting has a mastermind group agenda, so that conversations stay on course. The Facilitator is tasked with making sure that conversations are deep and balanced, and that all mastermind group meeting agenda items are covered in the time allotted.
In addition to facilitating a Traditional MasterMind group as described above, I am also creating a:
Personal Growth MasterMind:
The focus for this group is on:
1) Developing Emotional Intelligence by building awareness of one’s own internal workings as well as the internal workings of others, and
2) Mastering more effective, compassionate, and healthier communication skills.
In contrast to the Traditional MasterMind:
* A Member can elect to NOT share during every meeting
* A Member can elect to have feedback-free sharing with the group
* The structure has less focus on accountability for achieving goals between the meetings. In fact, a great deal of the work occurs (skills are developed) during the meetings.
I want to emphasize: Groups are judgment-free zones. No negativity is allowed, and members must agree to keep confidential all that is shared in group.
Also please be aware that neither of these groups are therapy nor a replacement for therapy. The focus is on learning and mutual support, not diagnosis and treatment.

The Next Steps…
If you are fired up by the idea of this group and what it (and you!) can accomplish, I invite you to fill out the MasterMind Questionnaire. (Link at bottom of page.)
Please review the questionnaire. If you feel ready to move ahead, fill it out, and I will get back to you. I expect the process of finding the right fit for members of each group to take several weeks. I urge patience with the process, and I will give group status updates to all who apply to join.
Please Note: The questionnaire must be filled out to be able to join the group.
