EVOO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil) is a constant companion in my kitchen. A good oil for most everything, and they tell us it’s a pretty healthy choice. What’s always bugged me is that despite the ingenious built-in pourers, some oil always seems to escape and run down the side of the bottle. I solved that little problem a couple of years back, and share the idea with you. I take a half-sheet of paper towel, fold it lengthwise until it is about an inch wide, and tie it around the neck of the bottle. Problem solved!
